HOUSE 41 offers its customers parking in a private garage not far from the apartment.
Prices
The nightly rate for the apartment is €75 for one person, €18 for each additional guest (maximum 5 guests).
A discount applies for weekly or monthly stays and must be agreed upon.
Prices are by agreement for weekends, Christmas, Easter, other holidays, and major tourist events.
The cleaning fee is €50 and the security deposit is €100.
Parking in the private garage costs €7 per day.
The Bergamo tourist tax will be applied, calculated based on the price, number of guests, and length of stay.
