No pets allowed in our apartment.
It is not allowed to organize parties or events.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. It is possible to smoke on the terrace instead.

Booking cancellation
In the event of a cancellation within 14 days of check-in, a full refund is provided.
A cancellation requested between 13 days and 7 days before check-in will be refunded 60% of the total amount.
No refund will be provided for cancellations requested between 6 days and the scheduled check-in date.
