No pets allowed in our apartment.
It is not allowed to organize parties or events.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. It is possible to smoke on the terrace instead.

Check-in time is expected before 2 pm.
Check-out time is instead scheduled before 10 am.
Booking cancellation
Within the 7 days prior to the Check-in in case of cancellation the refund is total.
A cancellation made between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the Check-in will follow a refund equal to 60% of the total spent.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made after 24 hours prior to Check-in.
